How do you get EZMOG products?

It's rather easy

There's no need to create an account first. You automically create an account when you place your first order online. (Currently we don't accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.) We'll walk you through the steps of placing your first order below. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse and search for the items you would like to order. You can search the currency you need by clicking the games' title on the home page. Or, you can select in the speedy buy section by filling in information about the specific game and server. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail. There you will find more information about the item.

Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from EZMOG.com, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the right side of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our live customer team at www.EZMOG.com/livehelp.

Create an Account

If you are a new customer, click the "Sign up New" button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to EZMOG.com in the future, you can use the same method of payment you provided during this first order. If you are an old customer, enter your registered login and password information and click login.

Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to EZMOG.com in the future, you can use the same billing address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order. Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover through Paypal denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed, click the SearchOrder link in the bottom right corner of our homepage. Here you will be able to track the particulars of your order without contacting us.
